Mr. Bussells led strategy development and execution for a $1 billion annual revenue electric/water/sewer utility growing at three times the national utility average growth rate for customers and sales with the utility industry's top productivity and customer satisfaction. Served as Chairman and Board Member of several national utility trade associations with extensive Federal and State legislative and regulatory involvement on industry issues.

Mr. Bussells will assist Vclear develop and refine the strategy for Vclear and for Vclear's customers. He will also assist Vclear in understanding National power and infrastructure policy as it affects our activities.

James Kanely

1993 - Present - Member of the Board of Directors of The Alpine Group, an industrial holding company with interests in the manufacturing of electrical wire and cable and industrial copper tubing products. Serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee and member of the Compensation Committee.

1984 - 1993 - President, Chairman of the Board and CEO of Superior TeleTec Inc., a public company involved in the manufacture of copper and fiberoptic telephone cable and other telecommunications products.

1962-1984 - Served in executive management and engineering positions with technology companies. Serves on various Boards of technology manufacturing companies.

Mr. Kanely will assist Vclear in reviewing technology and coordinating contract operators for improving Vclear's hydroelectric and water treatment applications.

H.Thomas Platt

Owner of Live Oak Family Offices LLC

Tommy Platt has spent thirty years in the investment business. He worked in securities brokerage and investment consulting for ten years, after which he served as Senior Vice President of Investment Counseling and Trust Services at a Jacksonville based bank. In 2003 he founded Live Oak Family Offices LLC which provides multi-generational wealth management solutions for high net worth families. In 2008 he also launched Live Oak Master Fund LP, a fund of funds utilizing the college endowment investment model. He is a graduate of Princeton University.

Vclear anticipates that Mr. Platt will assist Vclear in reviewing business and financial matters regarding Vclear's operational and capital initiatives.
